Rising Stars is a youth enrichment organization dedicated to inspiring creativity, confidence, and teamwork in students through after-school programs. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Cheer Enrichment Instructor to join our team and bring energy and leadership to our cheer classes.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead engaging cheer and dance sessions for elementary-aged students
Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
Manage large groups of children effectively and with care
Encourage teamwork, confidence, and fun through structured activities
Communicate regularly with program staff and site coordinators
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience teaching or coaching large groups of elementary students
Strong background in cheer, dance, or related performance arts
Energetic, responsible, and passionate about working with youth
Must be 18 years or older
Must pass a federal background check
